Solidarity is back in fashion! This is very
good news for human society. It is necessary
to get out of the personal bubble and
understand that it must be important to us
how the people in our environment live. To
understand that everyone is precious and that as
a human species we are forced to redefine
ourselves in order to continue to evolve.

Who is Nataša
Nataša is a communication strategist and bridge-builder working at the intersection of intercultural dialogue and societal well-being. With over a decade of experience across the business and NGO sectors, including her role as the Ecocivilisation Serbia Chair, her work is rooted in the belief that multiculturalism and the celebration of minority voices are essential to the health and vitality of any society.
Her journey has been defined by a commitment to what she calls “fine communication”. A practice that seeks the true essence of human connection. For Nataša, communication is not merely a tool for information, but a way to nourish the human spirit and foster deep understanding. This vision led her to create annual conferences and platforms that explore the nuances of interculturalism, moving beyond surface-level interaction to build genuine, systemic dialogue.
She is a passionate advocate for a more inclusive social fabric, viewing accessible information and cultural content for people with disabilities not as a niche requirement, but as a fundamental necessity for a whole society. In a world often dominated by a relentless race with technological development, she advocates for a more human pace. One that prioritizes the present moment and respects the intrinsic value of the individual.
For her, ICH is an honor and a vital space for international collaboration. It is a platform where she can help sense the outlines of new, value-based social structures, contributing to a narrative that honors both our current reality and our shared future in a more humane and interconnected world.
