Meet Marina.

Marina is a researcher and ecosystem facilitator focused on urban transformation, collective wellbeing, and integral development. She is the Research Lead for the Living Cities Action Research Ecosystem, a global consortium working to transform cities into resilient, interconnected ecosystems in harmony with nature.

She serves as Country Chair (Russia and Russian-speaking communities) at Ecocivilisation, and is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of PANORAMA LAB, which supports personal, organisational, and territorial development.

Marina co-founded Living Cities Earth and developed the INNER KEY methodology for exploring wellbeing and self-realisation. Her work with the Flourish Project extends this inquiry into how wellbeing can inform wider social change.
