Using and sharing this website.
Conditions for visitors and for reuse of ICH and partner material.
About these terms
These terms govern use of the International Centre of Humanity website and its publicly offered services. By using them, you agree to follow applicable law and these conditions. Stichting International Centre of Humanity was incorporated in the Netherlands in December 2025.
Eligibility and access
General information on this website is open without registration. Where an ICH service is offered to a person under 18, a parent or legal guardian must give consent and supervision as appropriate to that service. Course enrolment, donations and other services are available only when expressly offered with their own relevant details.
Use and sharing of information
Information on this site may be shared or promoted for non-commercial purposes with clear credit to ICH and any identified creator or partner. You may not use the site or its content for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent activity; infringe the rights of ICH, its partners or others; or commercially exploit material without prior written permission.
Intellectual property
Text, images, video and learning materials on this website may belong to ICH, partnering organisations, collaborators or other credited creators. Except where a separate licence is stated, rights remain with the relevant owner. Ask ICH if you want to reuse an item beyond the sharing described above.
Links to other sites
We link to partners, advisers, research and other relevant resources. A link does not make ICH responsible for another site's content, privacy practices or availability. Third-party destinations may have their own terms.
Misuse, changes and contact
Unauthorised copying, alteration, distribution or unlawful use may lead ICH to take appropriate action. ICH may update these terms as the site and its services develop; changes are posted here. For questions, write to admin@ichumanity.org.
